Nicole Hill
President
Nicole is an Executive Leader of the Enterprise Non-Financial Risk Leadership team. Nicole is a change agent and accountable for oversight of all compliance and risk work streams and activities for the Enterprise. She leads a team who is responsible for maintaining the company’s framework for Non-Financial Risk Management and works closely with Executive Leadership across the organization to ensure effective risk management is implemented successfully.  Â
Nicole has 20+ years of Risk Management Banking Experience, which include effectively leading Risk Management programs across North and South America, managing Enterprise Operational Risk for Consumer Banking Operations and Fraud.  Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration of paralegal studies and statistics, Masters of Science in Account and Financial Management, and Master of Business Administration. Â
Nicole is an active volunteer in the community and currently is Co-Chair of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation Inspire Program, member for Women on Board Atlanta, National Black MBA Association, Board Member of the Georgia and Alabama American Diabetes Association, President of the Top Notch Booster Club, and Treasurer of her Homeowner Association. She has also provided valuable support for various foundations including support for teen youth including scholarships for college and serving in multiple capacities including community development board chair and a youth mentor.

Michelle Fowler
Vice President
Michelle Fowler is the Managing Director of Servicing at The Ardent Companies. Prior to joining Ardent in February 2015, Michelle was the Assistant Vice President of Special Assets at Synovus, a regional financial institution in Atlanta. In her role, she led a team that managed over $500 million in non-preforming loans, managed the de-leasing efforts of the financial institutions’ REO assets, and handled all leased REO properties until disposition. She also worked out or disposed of a portfolio in excess of $100 million in non-performing loans and REO assets. Michelle is a mother of 6 with two of her daughters entering their second year of team with Top Notch. Michelle has sat on Multiple HOA boards over the past 10 years through both her personal properties and in a work capacity.

Alison Shelton
Secretary
As a member of Top Notch Training Center for the past year, I have witnessed the potential this program has toward improving the outcomes for our gymnasts. I am a 25-year veteran educator by profession but I have also become a dedicated gymnastics mom since 2012, not just for my daughter but for the gym she attends as well. As a member of Top Notch Training Center for the past year, I have witnessed the potential this program has toward improving the outcomes for our gymnasts. Now as Secretary of Top Notch Booster Club, Inc. I am committed to outcomes towards improving our total program ~ inclusive of increasing effective communication and supporting the overall health of the organization.

Felicia N. Johnson
Treasurer
Felicia N. Johnson is the CEO and Managing Attorney at MCKIBBEN JOHNSON, LLC, a boutique law firm with a focus on representing injured victims due to Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injuries, Negligent Security, and Trucking and Auto Collisions. Ms. Johnson received her Bachelor’s Degree from Emory University, where she majored in Political Science. After graduating from Emory, Ms. Johnson matriculated to Georgia State University’s College of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctorate Degree.
Away from the office, Ms. Johnson has served in several capacities within the non-profit sector. Specifically, Ms. Johnson has served on the Board of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women-DeKalb/Decatur Chapter, which advocates on behalf of women of color through national and local actions and strategic alliances that promote its national and international agendas on leadership development and on gender equity in health, education, and economic development. She also served as Chaplain for the Atlanta Lions’ Club, a service organization that is a network of 1.3 million men and women in 200 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.  Known for working to end preventable blindness, Lions participate in a vast variety of projects important to their communities. Ms. Johnson has served on the Board of the Mary Parker Foundation, which invests in underserved communities to uplift all generations through lifelong learning. Lastly, Ms. Johnson is the proud mother of three children.
